Merthyr Tydfil has many attractions in the town, and on its doorstep which you may not be aware of.  Spending a weekend exploring will have you hooked and we hope you will agree that its worth a longer visit!

The newer developments in the town include The Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Village, on the site of the old Rhydycar Cottages.  This exciting development is well worth a visit and provides a selection of eateries, the Vue cinema and the state of the art Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Centre, which will ensure you and your family are well catered for.  A travelodge is onsite, as well as a skatepark for our younger visitors.
