Set in one of Wales' most beautiful and idyllic locations in the Taff Bargoed Valley, the centre is the largest Climbing Centre in Europe.
The Welsh International Climbing Centre, delivers an adrenaline-soaked range of activities to kick-start your senses. The centre boasts one of the biggest indoor climbing walls in Europe, a man-made caving system, purpose-built kayaking lakes, gorge walking, mountain biking…and it doesn’t stop there.
The Welsh International Climbing Centre is for you! It's open for anyone to come and take part in any of the exciting activities. There’s a lot more than just climbing at The Welsh International Climbing Centre!
The Welsh International Climbing Centre cater to anyone and everyone, and also offer extensive facilities to make your visit as comfortable and as fun as possible, whether you’re staying for an hour or an entire weekend!

10.00am - 5.00pm (Sat & Sun)
Health & Fitness Suite:
8.00am - 12.00pm - 4.00pm - 9.00pm (Mon- Fri)

The Old Drift Mine Cafe Bar
One of the best kept secrets at The Welsh International Climbing Centre is the fantastic bar and cafe area. What better way to wind down after an exciting day’s activity or a tough workout in the gym than in the relaxing dining and lounge environment?
