Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Village is the premier location for recreation in the South Wales Valleys. Developed over 100,000 sq ft, the site offers the best in contemporary sport and leisure facilities, seven days a week, conveniently placed just off the A470 or five minutes from the train station.

The centrepiece of the complex is the Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Centre. This state of the art facility offers the opportunity for a wide range of activities. The competition-sized swimming pool is partially landed for those serious about their aquatics and complemented by a learner pool and flume slide for those with splash-based fun on their mind.

Superbowl UK Merthyr are proud to host 14 state of the art lanes. The latest scoring system along with bumpers and ramps are provided to make ten-pin bowling more enjoyable and engaging than ever. Experience the thrill and adrenaline of the ultimate laser quest adventure. Also Crazy Club, the Soft Play & Party Centre at Superbowl UK Merthyr, will play host to kids looking to blow off some steam by running, climbing and sliding to their little hearts’ content.

Outside the Leisure Centre the eight-screen Vue Cinema is the best place to experience the latest blockbusters as each auditorium benefits from the latest digital projectors, Dolby Digital Surround Sound and truly immersive Digital 3D capabilities. Occasionally, the cinema offers special showings such as National Theatre productions and major sporting events.
