The friendly Merthyr Tydfil Sailing Club has one of the most attractive locations in the UK. Situated on the 253 acre stunning Pontsticill Reservoir in the Brecon Beacons National Park, it’s just a few miles south of the highest mountain in southern Britain, Pen-y-Fan.
With this location, even non-sailing members of the family can enjoy a lovely day out. Why not take a gentle stroll around the reservoir or climb up into the hills, or simply sit and enjoy the views.
