Pontygwaith Bridge

Discover Pontygwaith Bridge

This Grade II listed hump back bridge over the River Taff has links as far back as the 1540’s.

The current incarnation was assembled in 1811 with attractive Pennant Sandstone and is well worth a visit. If you do so between May and September the nearby Pontygwaith Farm will provide you with a warm welcome and excellent refreshments.
